Born in Mexico City, Laura Ortiz Vega studied Industrial Design at Universidad Iberoamericana before developing a practice that bridges contemporary art, traditional craft, and material experimentation. A co-founder of Antena Estudio, she has exhibited internationally at fairs including ZONAMACO, the London Art Fair, and Art Toronto, with solo exhibitions in New York and at the Museum of Popular Art in Mexico City. Her work is included in the West Collection of Pennsylvania.
